Mantelli Trailer Sales, Inc. was founded by Albert and Shirley Mantelli in 1965, and the business is currently owned and operated by their daughter and son-in-law, Kim & Mark. The dealership is located in Lockport, New York, which is in the western region of the state, situated between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Through the years, Mantelli Trailers Sales has expanded and would now be considered a mid-sized RV dealership. Over those many years, Mantelli Trailers Sales has sold every type of RV manufactured today, but now focuses primarily on towables.
Since 1965 the main goals of the dealership have been to introduce the RV lifestyle to our customers and, above all else, obtain and maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible. The dealership owners, along with the entire staff, understand that without our loyal customers we could not exist. Our business does not claim that the products we sell are always without flaws or that our employees do not sometimes make mistakes, but we do and will continue to strive to make things right when things do go wrong, and to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with the products they have purchased from us.
