Each Brophy RR8K is a Tie-Down Kit that includes one Tie-Down, One Backing Plate, 2 Bolts and 2 Nuts. The included Tie-Down is Model RR08, which is a bolt-on, zinc-plated, 800 lb. capacity, circular surface-mount tie-down rope ring. The included Backing Plate is Model BP12, which is a zinc-plate, rectangular plate approx. 6.5" x 6". Two bolts and nuts are also included. This is a light-duty, all metal tie-down rope ring made to be bolted to a flat surface, and it sticks up above the surface about a 1/2" when lying flat.
