Buyers - Model B704 - 4-PACK - Yellow-Zinc-Plated 1.8K Circular Rotating Tie-Down D-Ring Recessed Mount

The Buyers B704 is a circular, bolt-on, yellow zinc-plated, 1,800 lb. capacity, 360° rotating, recessed mount, tie-down rope ring.  This is a medium-duty, all metal rope tie-down ring made to be bolted to a floor or welded to steel, with a cut out behind it to allow the recessed section to fit into place.

This is for four (4) B704 Tie-Downs (hardware not included).
