We currently ship to the United States only (including PR and the USVI). International orders can't be processed through our website, however, Canadian customers can call or email our main store to request a price quote with shipping.

We will ship your online order from Lockport, NY via UPS Ground Service (United Parcel Service) or USPS Priority mail Service (United States Postal Service), based on your selection. For orders shipping via UPS Ground, your ship-to address must include a complete Street Address. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. For orders shipping via USPS Priority Mail, please make sure to give us the address where the Post Office delivers your mail.

Most orders received before 12:00PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. If you require faster shipping, please call our main store for a price quote.


Please note: On items which have FREE (INCLUDED) shipping, we may determine that shipping via the Post Office is a better, faster and a less expensive shipping option. If that is the case, we may need to contact you for additional shipping information, such as a PO Box. We will first attempt to confirm the address you gave us via the Post Office website, if the address can not be confirmed, we will then send you an email message requesting additional shipping information, so please watch your incoming email messages.

If you are purchasing an item that has our FREE (INCLUDED) shipping and you do not want us to ship the item via the Post Office, please contact us first, before you make your purchase, so we can discuss other shipping options with you, including possible upgrade costs.


Our RV Dealership and Shipping warehouse are both located in Western New York. We are required by law to charge sales tax for any items shipped to locations within the state and in our case, it is New York.


Unfortunately, packages do get damaged in transit, which we try our best to prevent, however if part or all of your shipment is damaged during transit, please call us immediately at 716-201-1919. Please do not discard the package or packaging materials, as the shipping company may want to see it.


Before returning a product for and exchange or refund, please contact us first, via email or telephone, to get a "Return Authorization number" and return instructions.

Return notes:

  • Before using your product, be sure you have the right fit. Lay out and inspect your item(s) in an organized fashion before starting any installation process.
  • You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging).
  • You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit.
  • Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
  • Clearance/Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of all returns.


The store, currently processes all online payments through PayPal. This completely secure payment method allows you to use your Credit Card or your PayPal account. Whichever method you chose, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your online payment, and then will be returned to the website when the transactions is done.

You can pay online using either:
1. Credit Card (without a PayPal account).
2. PayPal account
If you have any issue with processing your payment via PayPal, you also have the option to select "Phone Ordering", which means we will contact you to help with your payment options.
